With 20 years of running global sales and operations across software, aged care, and recruitment businesses, Alex understands complex business challenges, people and technology. Alex makes Divi work for our clients, our partners, and the team building it.

Head of AI
Sebastian has more than five years’ experience building production ML systems and optimising model inference at scale.
Scott Russell
Chief Financial Officer
Scott understands what CFOs need. His background spans corporate finance, M&A, investment banking, management consulting, and audit across manufacturing, utilities, tech, renewables, importing, exporting, financial services, government, defence, health and agriculture, giving him a sharp read on operational complexity.
Brooke Ebbett
VP APAC
Brooke leads APAC growth for Divi. He has 20+ years in global SaaS sales across Australia, New Zealand, and international markets, building teams and opening new regions for technology companies.
Jonathan Lindhe
VP North America
Jon leads Divi's North America and EMEA growth. Over 10+ years in SaaS, he has led sales, account management, and delivery teams across multiple industries, working with clients from first conversation through to implementation.

Muhammad Aslah is an Implementation specialist with over 10 years of experience in ERP deployment and digital transformation. A CIMA Finalist with an MBA and prior experience at KPMG, he delivers impactful business solutions through strong financial and operational expertise.
Gareth Kerr-Grant
Head of Implementation and Support (Australia & US)
Gareth heads implementation and support for Divi. With deep experience in gathering requirements, customer support, QA, and project delivery, he acts as the conduit between engineering and clients to ensure the user experience is kept at the forefront during onboarding and into business as usual.

Steve brings over seven years of SaaS experience partnering with organisations across APAC to improve margins, reduce costs, unlock value from their ERP data, and better forecast future performance.
